I'm currently fixing the issue with The Dinner Show Kindle book. A version supported on all devices should be available soon.
The problem is I had to unpublish and republish the ebook, meaning people who bought the previous one won't get an updated version. If anyone who bought the prior version wants the updated one, just message or email me and I'll send you the ePub to load into your device.
