LOVING this sooo much and the audibook Narrator is Lucy Boynton whose voice I LOVE and I can so picture her in the role too.

The little Home Alone nods are sending me. Adorable, already loving it.

This is such an immersive and consuming novel. Gorgeous, and brutal and beautiful. Also am doing tandem audio for the use of native language/hearing it spoken/sung.

It's drawing close to the end of the year so I guess I should finish this even though it's the book I most want to live in for the longest. Sara Gran is incredible.

Idk why I haven't DNF'd this yet when I lecture everyone to not finish books they don't like I keep thinking it will turn for me.

Someone please explain to me why I want to DNF one of my most anticipated reads this year. I am unsure if its because Im super tired today or if these characters (aside from Trevor, Trevor Henderson) are so flat and lifeless. Like it SHOULD entirely be my jam, and it is creepy but Im just not. into it help.

I don't need to be done with this book yet to tell you it's the best book of the year.
