I guess this book is for people who are already fans of his work. They are competently written but otherwise forgettable and not scary.
Some, the minority, have scary and disturbing imagery, but overall they elicit no fear.
Short stories are not for everyone and with how rushed they feel, Graham Jones seems to be someone who reads better in novels.
