Slow going, I'll confess. I feel like I owe it to Lewis to continue. But it's not his best work!

Took a while to realise the book was a series of unrelated episodes, connected only by the initially insignificant seeming Horne Fisher. From thean who brought us Father Brown, these who-done-its are simple by comparison, but enjoyable none the less.

If you've watched a lot of Peterson online, much of this will be familiar. Lobsters et al. But it's interesting stuff none the less. And pushing all the identity politics aside, as he is able to do in this volume, it turns out he has worthwhile thoughts on far more diverse topics than just personal pronouns.

Not a book to read in one sitting. I imagine I'll be reading this for some time to come.
