Before I picked up this book to read a little tonight, I considered not continuing it. I found myself annoyed by Powers' writing style. I found it too fragmented and it was distracting me. Am I ever glad I listened to my better judgement.

After a day of reading I can't put this book down!! I love how every chapter ends with a page turning detail!! But just now at the end of Chapter 15 I almost had a heart attack!! When Katniss see's her new Avox....I thought it was going to be Gale!!! I caught a glimpse of his name before I could cover the last few sentences to avoid reading ahead!! Sneaky Collins!
