While there are some interesting considerations and techniques in this book, most of it consists of common sense approaches that are supported by personal testimony rather than anything remotely related to behavioral psychology. And not in a smart way. In addition, there are numerous mentions of MLMs in examples which doesn’t lend it any more credibility
