Roller. Coaster. So well written. The different perspective keep you wondering until the reveals.

Nothing irratates me more than parents who keep their children in the dark about very important things, but expect them to blindly obey. 😒

It's happened a couple of times thus far, but the frequent cutaways from the current conversations the characters are having is very distracting. The one in this section was about 5 pages of Nella recounting her past. You almost forget that she is mid-conversation with Hazel.
