You know honestly the first book was a little frustrating but overall not bad and I enjoyed it. I don’t leave a lot of reviews. But this one is not starting out well. Spoilers but for me it’s really not starting out well.

If anyone spends five minutes paying attention to British royalty, they would know that the absolute primogeniture would make the next to inherit the crown Maggie and Edward’s first child.

And I'm getting frustrated because I am waiting to find out what the heck happened in high school that makes Darcy so angry with Alex.

I've been reading a lot of 'Royal' books this summer. This one is one of the ones that I am really appreciating. A lot.

I like the characters. I am glad Jamie and Clodaugh are back in the mix in this one. I'm truly frustrated, though, with the person who won't tell the person they love all the stuff they need to know. (SPOILERS AHEAD) In this case, why didn't "sexy cop" tell not-quite-a-princess Princess that he had reasons to believe that the child in Miami wasn't his.

Right now, I am pretty frustrated with Charlie. I'm still frustrated with all women who believe they aren't 'good enough' so that they don't believe that someone could be interested just because they are interested.

Or maybe it's because I am that person. I know I am good enough for anyone, and I transfer that to characters.

A touch serious for me for what’s going on in the world right now. But it is a very good book. I am more listening to it than reading.

I think Rath is right. They need more Maxes.

I’m finding it difficult to like the main character.

I've loved this series but this time, it's frustrating me. Elizabeth is being uncharacteristically irrational and Wendy is being uncharacteristically snotty. It's like this book is being written by a man who definitely doesn't understand women.
