I stopped listening to it for a while, it’s too much for me right now. So many deaths and now he leaves? Wtf?

I liked chapter 3 a lot for the broader view it took on stress and how that impacts us in so many ways. I didn’t like the focus on just romantic relationships/“the one specific person” that much because I believe that love can just as well happen in other types of relationships and also with multiple people.
