Good, but life got in the way of my reading. The library wanted it back. 😊 I am once again on the “hold” list.

Carol is starting Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow

I tried. I simply could not get into this book. It became very cumbersome for me and that’s when it lost its appeal.

The story line has a lot of potential, but the book is so slow moving that I was not able to finish it within my library checkout allowance. Back on the hold list I go. I’ll try and finish the book once it’s my turn again. I prefer books that move the plot along at a faster pace. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Carol is reading Stealing Home (The Sweet Magnolias #1)

Great, light read. A “no thinking” book. Entertaining.

Carol is reading City of Girls

Honestly, a third of the way in, I wasn’t sure if I would like this book. Now that I am finished and understand the message behind the book, I am SO glad I stayed with it. Well worth reading!
