Read book 5 first and wasn’t that thrilled with the characters, so i figured i would try the 1st one just in case i missed something. And nope, i still cannot stand Lena or Sarah.

As of now it is a solid 2. Also i am not fond of the narrator they chose, which could be causing a lot of the issues. Stop getting narrators that are in their 60’s to narrate people that are in their 20’s. The voices don’t match and throws off the whole feel of the book.

I am not a fan of either the H or the h. They are both dislikable. Everything is a repetition. And i don’t mind instant attraction. But from almost page one they are all over each other. It is annoying constantly hearing how much he wants her and how she is going to swindle him.

So far it isn’t bad. I do NOT like Leena’s character however. I get she has baggage and a past, but she just seems like a stuck up bitch so far with the “my life sucks so i have the right to act like this” attitude.

I am not very fond of the person they chose to narrate the audio. I understand that the book is third person for both, but the female they chose to narrate just sounds so much older than what the characters are supposed to be. I would have preferred if they chosen someone younger or someone that didn’t have such a gravely voice. It is hard to picture such young characters when the voice reading sounds much older.
