Cuboidkhan is 36% done with Terms of Enlistment (Frontlines, #1)

I'm having a hard time picking this one back up. It's not bad, but I find I'm not particularly invested in the main character. Also not much has happened so far. He's finished his training and been assigned, and that's about it. He's about to have to quell a domestic riot, so I'm hoping something of interest will happen. Going to try reading it again after I'm finished with the book I'm on now.
