I'm speechless.

I fear for everything and everyone.

Omgosh.

This is awful and amazing, all at the same time.

Idk why, but I just remembered that Brian used to be all smiles. He used to be a completely different person, and that realization just broke my heart.

Weakest arc so far, but it picked up in the interlude chapter. I'm still amazed at Wildbow's writing and storytelling regardless, and I'm surprised it took this long before there was a slight dip in consistent pacing.

Defiant and Dragon are giving mom and dad energy. Also, I might be in denial, but I refuse to accept anyone's death before it is explicitly confirmed.

I'm so looking forward to more of Clockblocker. Can't wait to see how his dynamic with Taylor will be.

I love Rachel with my whole heart. I will personally fight Wildbow if anything happens to her.

I've read the equivalent length of 14 novels of Worm by now, and I'm still amazed how Wildbow's writing and storytelling still hold up. The intricate political struggles, the clever power system, and the compelling world-building - all so well thought out and believable.

I'm still a simp for Defiant and Dragon.

It's been so intense these last few arcs. I feel like I can barely catch a breath.

I am in pain.

I LOVE RACHEL. SHE IS SO CUTE. And I'm sorry, but even with everything that has happened... Coil is still hot.

I'm sad and stressed. I love this.

I knew it.

My toxic trait is that I find Coil attractive. My non-toxic trait is my newly found love for Battery and Assault's dynamic. I'm so invested in almost every character in Worm. Wildbow has mad talent.

It keeps getting better. I'm so hyped for seeing more of the Slaughterhouse Nine.

I can't believe I've read the length of 4 novels, but am somehow only 20 % done.

I didn't like Rachel until Brutus' interlude. Love the interludes, which is rare for me. These types of chapters usually feel like fillers - like "cool, but can we get back to the main story?" type of feeling. Wildbow managed to keep me invested and engaged in almost every interlude so far. Brutus' is my second favorite so far, after Taylor's dad's interlude (which almost made me cry).

While I enjoyed reading about Georgie and Neal's romance, I found Georgie to be such a boring mc. She was supposed to be REALLY funny and witty (the book tries hard to convince you of that). Bc of her lack of a distinct voice, I had trouble pushing through the first half of the book. The romance part was very well done, tho. It felt real, and I ended rooting for Georgie even when I couldn't quite connect with her.

I love her reply to the job interviewer! Instead of being discouraged by failure, she was immediately ready to learn from her mistakes.
