I’m hooked. I feel for Evie & all she’s been through. Both book 1 & 2 are so well written I’m emotionally invested in the guys and Evie’s journey. The books takes place in a location I’m familiar with so I can picture the characters there. I can’t wait to continue to read & find out what happens with our girl Evie. Btw I would be a hot mess if I were one of the guys. Idk how they are keeping it together.

I just hope Bree isn’t the villain. I do think however that her boss is using her for her own personal benefit. I’m already heart broken for Killian. What is he gonna think or react when he learns this was all a ploy? Were Bree’s feelings genuine? All he has done to help her and this happens :(

Bree accepts this job from her boss to help investigate this lucrative company because rumor has it they are doing shady business in order to win their bids. She begins working for Killian as his PA. There is no denying the tension between them. As time passes time passes the more her boss can’t resist her. The guilt he feels is understandable. He has a biz to look after but Bree omg she has no shame.

Why am I in my feelings about Eve making progress? It’s a good thing right? I’m starting to wonder what ppls intentions are when they get close, are there ulterior motives? I’m so happy for her yet I want to make sure she is protected. I also can’t believe they did this? Why? What was the motive behind it? I felt so bad for her in the beginning and still ow. If this is t on your tbr it should be. More to come
