I’m an audiobook reader. I hit 100 books last year without much effort. My goal this year is to write a review for the books I read to force me to pause and think. I’ve developed my own little system to keep me somewhat consistent. All books start with 5 stars and lose them along the way.

Pretty good so far. The author has an odd way of repeating herself— which is something we all do when we speak— but it’s a little confusing to read/listen to at times. I also am having a hard time understanding when she’s speaking out loud and when she’s thinking… this might be just audiobook issues.

Verrryyyy slow start. Translation feels robotic and odd but once you get used to it, it’s okay. It’s picking up now.

This one is better than the first one. But you have to have the first one for the second one to be good

It’s very literary. It’s not bad, it’s probably award winning, but it’s not ENJOYABLE.

So far is pretty dry and kind of random.
