And just like that, I have to wait another month to continue with my reread. I don't think it's possible for me to describe how much I adore this book. It's gotten to the point where I think people are tired of hearing me say that.

This might be the most seen I've ever felt from a poetry collection.

Ugh this is such a cassandra clare move 🙄 which typically coming from me is a compliment but in this instance it isn't. Nor is it going to work 🤦‍♀️😂

Okay even though it's not a main plot point, realistically it's only been mentioned maybe twice towards the start of the book. But the identity of our FMCs father is unknown, and I've had my suspicions the last few hundred pages but after what just happened? I THINK my suspicions have just been confirmed!

Lilia I love you girly but how many times are you going to drop your damn phone when you're trying to be stealthy???

Okay, I have a theory. Again not going to say what it is because spoilers but...if all these theories that characters have are because of a certain someone, that nobody else would suspect but it actually IS them....number 1, called it. But 2....why?? To what end??

Okay this book is almost 700 pages and I'm reading it a little too quickly....because of this reading slump I'm in I didn't think I'd say something like that but...I don't want this book to be over 😅

Almost 200 pages in one day?? That must be a record for me in 2026!

When I'm not reading this book, I genuinely can't stop thinking about it. AHHHHH

Okay, i started this last night and I'm already six chapters in....
The only question is, will this book beat my reading slump?? 🤷‍♀️

Because I adore this book, I've decided to reread it this year. But only during the correlating months. Meaning I'm only reading the prologue today which is pretty dang sad. But I'm so looking forward to rereading this book. It made me so unbelievably happy last year, I can't wait to go back to 1997 once again!

I don't think I've ever heard someone make a reference to "The Witch of Blackbird Pond" before but since that is a novel incredibly important to my childhood I love that it's included even briefly!

My first reading update for this book and it's....that's right, you guessed it. A Taylor Swift reference 🥳🥳 As always I adore Catherine's books and so far Novas is no different!

The amount of typos I've found in this book is kinda driving me crazy, but I'm also loving this book!
