This angsty vibe of believing in love but wanting only the real thing is beautiful, but I struggle with my attention span when the lovers spend a lot of time apart like in this book.

I’m really enjoying reading about how traditional Buddhist meditations compare with Western psychology. This last section on healing traumas was especially impactful!

The thing about me is that I like my fairytale retellings to be a bit more obvious? (As I tried to explain this I kind of started to understand the connections. But also not really.) I believe this is supposed to be a Snow White retelling?

I'm listening to the audiobook driving home after tech rehearsal and I love it. It's on my level. Plus, Seattle! I can judge exactly how much I agree with their Seattle!

I'm already excited to finally be reading another book by Suzanne Collins!

This book is satisfying to read in the same way magazines are or how chips are satisfying to eat. I somehow stumbled across the "dear girls above me" twitter feed last year, and thought it was pretty funny. This book is just as quirky, following Charlie's life and interactions with the girls, but each chapter ends with those 140 character tweets that I find so funny.
