Micki Smith is 60% done with The Promise of a Pencil: How an Ordinary Person Can Create Extraordinary Change
I need to have some note paper near me while reading this book, to write down sentences or thoughts in this book. Too many days feeling you are going through the motions, wondering if you can make a difference for someone. This book is a great read, quick and encouraging. Perfect for Thanksgiving weekend! :)

Jenny B Jones one of my very fave authors, which you know is the case since I purchased the ebook. I rarely purchase books but simply couldn't wait for this one from the library! :)

I bet it gets better, and this is my first Dean Koontz so I'm curious, but we had to stop listening to the audio book in the car in front of our 14 year old daughter due to the rather disturbing storyline of pedofiles. Gross.

As a mom of an Aspie and a lover of Australians accents, this audiobook so far is awesome!

So far, I'm confused how this boo earned so many good reviews. Will continue giving it a chance to see if it gets better.

Trying desperately to understand Progressives' love of "forward" thinking that would end up killing the very freedom they use to spout their opinions. Embracing Islam is my biggest question - the least "tolerant" of all would sooner behead them then to listen.

So far, my fave Jen Lancaster book. What can I say? I'm an 80s girl.
