Dude I hate this guy so much

Stephen King does Lord of the Flies and the villain is Alex murdaugh

I can’t believe that incredibly disturbing scene is a full 43 HOURS INTO THIS BOOK.

I really try to understand that it’s the point of view of the characters and the time period etc but all I can picture is Stephen king writing the n-word on his typewriter over and over again.

The least believable thing about this story is the cops actually investigating the murder of a gay man in the 80s.

Would it save you a lot of time if I just gave up and went mad now?
