This book has a touch of personal for me, I like it so far, but in some ways it is predictable.Cole needs an attitude adj & dsnt think the pretty white bear is going to fight back.Then he assms that he blew it &he won’t get to spend a yr on the deserted island to work out his anger after the bear nearly kills him. Kids with defiant disorder this is pretty accurate as far as the behavior, a lot of Nat Am ref too.

This book is from the perspective of a teen and her life. It goes between her memories of life before, and watching life from a coma after loosing everything after an accident.She walks the halls watching and listening all on the fringe not seen or heard. It is said it is up to her if she stays, but she doesn’t know how....

This story is about a young 14 yr old that has been murdered and narrating her life as she watches her family grieve and stress over her murder.She clashes with a classmate and makes friends in her heaven, but worse of all she sees her family interact with her murderer. I also saw this as a movie.
I can’t wait to finish this.

I have just started this book, it was recommended as one of the top 100 reads. It is written and staring an Autistic boy. I am reserving my opinion till I get further along into the book.

The young boy struggling with his parents divorce and being shuttled between them. Unfortunately despite his young age that includes a plane ride in a small plane and a gift from his mother that is irreplaceable. It is irreplaceable when tragedy strikes. Being a mother I can’t imagine putting my child on any plane, let a lone a ver small twin Engine and one pilot. No backup. Can’t wait

I have just started and his literary prose that he utilized helped me teach my daughter about writing.However, I was confused in the beginning he describes a cab as a four wheeler and he grabbed the wheel. They did not have automobiles in late 19th century England so describe it this way was difficult.

So far I find this book very interesting. The descriptive wording makes for excellent visualization of what the author is trying to convey. I normally read dystopia society series beginning with Ayan Rynd Books and the Handmaiden’s Tail. Although this is does not quite meet the actual description of a dystopian society, it is a fun tail so far.
