I'm truckin' along with this one! It's good, but it's so long that I'm starting to lose interest.

Wow. This book is deep and heartbreaking. Very serious stuff for a middle-grade novel.

I need more books that are exactly like this one; cozy, cute, funny, a little clever. I’m absolutely loving it. I may have a new top genre.

It’s not my favorite Golden Sower nominee for this school year, but it’s a cute book. I hope to have it finished today.

Funny that we're halfway through a Peter Pan retelling...but no Peter Pan...

I’m not going to DNF because I hate doing so, but I’m also bored as hell with this book. I hope something fun and exciting happens soon. The world building is taking too long.

This book would be SO good if it was an adult novel and not meant for grades 6-8. I mean, it’s fine, but it could be so much better.

This book is breaking my dog-loving heart! It's a tad heavy for a 3-5th grade book, but it's a good way to introduce topics for discussion.

12 hours in and only 24% done with this book. The Stand should count as four books towards my goal. 😅😂

Very boring start. I don't DNF books, but I'm seriously considering it with this one. I'll give it 100 pages, and if I'm not invested, I'm moving on.

Multiple people read the audiobook! I love that! It makes it really easy to know and remember whose POV I'm currently experiencing.

Jessie is finished with Curveball: A Heartwarming Graphic Novel About Friendship, the Power of Imagination, and Following Your Own Path

I did NOT expect this book to be about LARPing and D&D! How stinkin' adorable! Loved the message in this book, too.

I’m giving this book until page 100 to be interesting. If not, it’ll be my first DNF for 2026.
