I'm about two thirds of the way through this. It's interesting to see the differences and similarities to the disney version. Also, interesting seeing how faith plays a part in the characters lives. It's not going to be a favorite but it's not because it's terrible. I just am not liking some of the plot/story choices the author made.

I've already read the first chapter and highlighted half of it. I'm thinking it's a sign that this is one fantastic book! :D

When you reach chapter eleven and the author brings in a new, third POV and it's a secondary character who has been there the whole time whom you already find extremely irritating... It's time to set the book aside as punishment for it's bad behavior and pick up something more fun. ;)

So far, it's had it's cute and funny moments. I just wish there was more about there lives as "characters in training." Also, the chapters seem to be really short. I'm hoping that there is enough "book" to satisfy and that the author left herself enough time to actually delve into everything.
