Deucalion comes back to take over the throne while minos is looking for Daedalus and tells Phaedra that he is essentially selling her to marry theseus to form an alliance between the two city states and tells her that ariadne is dead, which is a lie that theseus told him. THESEUS cannot be trusted. so anyways she confronts theseus and ariadne is on Naxos with Dionysius who is making her tell her story.

okay so boom theseus leaves ariadne on the island of Naxos after he promised to return to get Phaedra. well anyways in part 2 its Phaedra's pov and we learn that daedalus has escaped along with theseus giving Phaedra the wrong directions to his ships. minos is livid and is planning to set sell to commence war against Athens but aegus is about to die because theseus forgot to change his sail. don't trust men ladies.

so theseus and ariadne had a rendezvous that was interrupted by Phaedra and theseus told ariadne that he would marry her after they escaped and that Phaedra would dance at their wedding. then pasiphae braided her daughters hair sensing she would not see them again and ariadne placed theseus club in the labyrinth almost getting stuck

ariadne is asking for daedalus' help in helping theseus defeat or at least escape the minotaur and daedaulus gave her the string and the key to the labyrinth due to him feeling bad that he aided Poseidon in creating the minotaur in the first place.

so that green eyed man was theseus and guess what? girl Phaedra is head over heels in love with him...but also ariadne was the one to crown him after the death games that he won. minos tried to let him leave back to Athens with his life intact but he denies, wanting to stop this tradition once and for all. but guess what else. ariadne is also falling for him but she doesn't even know it yet. if he leaves her for phae

ariadne is getting ready to leave to cyrpus with cinyras. and the day before she leaves with him, unwantingly, she sees the mysterious green eyed theseus who she doesn't know at the time. she wants to do something about the children in the labyrinth being fed to the minotaur, her brother, but she doesn't know how. I think she is going to run away and find theseus or the children and help them.

It’s going good so far. A little slow but that is mainly due to getting a backstory or flashback of the young main character addie la rue. In the flash back she is seven. But the opening was so good and it has me hooked line and sinker

Why was I right. Sometimes I don’t like to be right.

The book has gotten really good so far. We finally know what happened on that fateful night (both the night when Darlington disappeared and the night in Ground Zero). Now Alex is following her leads and is getting closer to the truth and closer to retrieve Darlington as the New Moon draws nearer. But one thing that I’m worried about—- is he actually going to make it back.

A glum a just tried to silence Alex for trying to uncover the mystery of Tara. Now she has another mystery to uncover on top of the murder mystery that she’s already on: the mystery of who sent that Houma after her.

Where is Darlington? And Dang that’s why Alex was so shaken up at the ritual thing. Hmm

This book has finally sparked my interest. After 100 pages, it has gotten off to a slow start but now, after reading about Alex and Darlington’a first ritual together. I see their actual friendship forming.

Getting good. Finn has just found sally and Greg trying to drug him with booze and sleeping pills to keep him in the syndrome

Poetically tragic. I hate it and love it at the same time. And if you read the book, you’d understand and find the quote that I’m referring to.

Really interesting. It pulls you into the scenes and gives you real emotions.
