This is a book of short stories and fiction from a black British author. So far I am enjoying it just going through it slowly. It will probably be 4 or 5 stars whenever I finish it 😅

I was so close to finishing this but then I got the 45 hour Sanderson book so I had return it and it may be a minute before I can borrow it again unfortunately. I enjoyed it and will probably give it 4 out of 5 when I do finish it.

I keep not finishing it before I have to return it to the library 😅

So far I am highly enjoying this audiobook! Interesting, funny, and well written.

Shit just got more interesting! I am going to try my best to finish this book before the month is out!

I love this story so far!

So far so good! I am interested in this story and some of the lines in this book are really breathtaking. So great writing and an interesting plot! Let's hope this continues to be true!

I am not impressed so far but hopefully it gets better. The story seems too straight forward at this point and predictable. I am hoping that I am wrong though.

I am not sure I will like this so I stopped reading it. I might go back to it.

I had just finished the first book in the novel but I needed to change up what I was reading so I will come back to it later.

I haven't read a young adult book in awhile. I find the romance cute but the plot seems easy to predict at this point. But we will see if I am wrong.

I am listening to the audiobook version and so far I am enjoying this book. I am confused but that's typical of this series.

Some crazy things just happened and the book made me feel way too much so I am taking break from it... But otherwise this book is awesome and has amazing world building! I will probably finish my other book first I am reading first and come back to this.

I started this audiobook only this week and I am liking it a lot so far! Teh author writing is very lyrical. So far the story is intrigueing and engaging. After not liking The Girl on Train so much, I decided to go back to my roots and read YA fantasy adventure. So far I don't regret my choice...

The story is interesting, but its just not my favorite kind of book. I think the lack of romance is making the book a slow read for me.

I am liking the story so far, but I do not think this genre will become a favorite of mine. I am not burning through the book like I usually do.

You know when you are really excited for book then you start to read it and you are outrageously disappointed. That's how I feel right now. But I am only in the beginning so hopefully it will get better....
