I'm realising that this is one for a physical read, rather than audiobook, which is the format I'm consuming. Challenging to follow, definitely would prefer to hold the book, reread etc.

Hate it. One of the worst written books I've read in ages. Not even a guilty trashy pleasure, it just sucks.

This is a struggle. I want to like it, but it reads like a chronicle with very little depth to each character. I want to feel for them, understand their motivations, but when major events happen that give opportunity to see how different characters react/cope, the story just keeps marching forward onto the next thing, without any emotion.
