How do you review the end of a series you've lived with for three years?
The Crippled God is a phenomenal conclusion, building relentlessly until the final convergence hits with the force of a tidal wave. Every death landed because Erikson made me care deeply about these characters over thousands of pages.
His world-building, prose, humour, compassion and character work are unmatched.
