Eye opening. Regardless of your side of the aisle, eye opening. And, in more ways than I anticipated.

Struggling through this one, not as engaging as the first two in the series. Hard to track the terminology and characters and their abilities etc.... not a genre I usually read though so I'm not used to it.

So far, not nearly as good as the movie. By a mile.

Was confused on why people said it was a fast paced thriller and didnt even realize im a third of the way through already. Loving this so far.

This is so, so bad so far. There is actually no plot to this book.

3 hours into the audiobook (out of 9 hours) and im still waiting for the story to start. Shocked, so far, that this was a Reese's Book Club pick. I guess the reviews didn't lie - i thought no way a book with thia much hype has 3.1 stars....

A mix of cringy (Megan Trainer repetitively calling the readers her "bestie") and interesting so far.

Taylor Jenkins Reid is incapable of writing poorly. I can't wait to finish this book and read another by her.

Becoming increasingly obsessed with this storyline. Reading via audiobook. Love the author's writing. We have no idea where the mystery is going, while simultaneously the author leads readers to have 10 theories on who the culprits are.

Had lost this book for a while and actually didn't mind - the first 100+ pages are uninteresting to get through. Now that I'm back into it, the story is developing more interestingly. Starting to invest in the characters.

Love how the story is told so far. Difficult to get through at times, given the subject. Taking a break from it.

We went into this audiobook with average expectations (just wanted a mystery to listen to while we paint) but we're wrapped in this plot and invested in the characters. So far, not seeing why it has a lower rating.

Didn't realize this was a text written in verse- devoured the first part of the book quickly. Loving the characters and story immediately.

As a reader: I'm enjoying the writing.
As an American: Staying optimistic as best I can as I continue to read. Staying intrigued and open minded has been easier, but optimism is wavering.
