I’m giving up on this one. It’s not terrible but the heroine is currently so drab. I’m sure she’ll develop into a stronger character but I just don’t want to spend my time finding that out.

Jennifer is 13% done with Magical Midlife Madness (Leveling Up, #1)
Think I’m giving up on this one. For now at least. Wanted to give it a go cause the heroine is 40, rather than 18, which is unusual for a fantasy novel, but so far it feels a bit slapstick and cringe.
