Rereading this one

The first half of the book is all about productizing yourself and figuring out the craft of your natural talents to make money.

Second part is more philosophical, really like how he thinks about books, not wasting time, meditation and happiness.

I found the second part more enjoyable, maybe because its the start of a new year

Really enjoyed 21, 23, 24 so far of all chapters

Reading non fiction builds empathy

We are available to connect with others only to the extent that we can connect to ourselves.

😭 I started this book and a day later or two days later the attacks on Ukraine started. Its been really hard to listen to this book which is based in France during World War 2 and the occupation of France. To think this book is likely a sliver of what happened during that time- its hard to fathom and scary…the departure of our beloved men suffering, the, the rations and curfews…

God have mercy on us all.

Loved reading the chapter I don’t Shine if you don’t Shine and the concept of Shine Theory!! It’s so hard to realize this when we are young and starting out in our careers.
