This book was mentioned so many times as the crème de la crème of dishy celebrity memoirs. It's definitely very honest but there's a certain amount of self-reflection that I hoped for that so far is missing. Prob shouldn't be surprised by that but here we are

I think I have read too many books with this kind of plot this year, but I will say this might be the best of them.

I wish the narration didn't spend so much time in Charlie's head. Anything that might push the plot along comes to a grinding halt because we have to read 50 of Charlie's thoughts before she can even respond to a question.

Minor spoiler: If I had a nickel for every time the main character gets suddenly fingered by a coworker, I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

This book is strange.

Finally got my audiobook back after my skip the line copy expired

Not sure how I'm feeling about this book so far. I don't love books with really short chapters, especially when each chapter flips from character to character. It just doesn't give me enough time to sink into a perspective or an event.

What in the Heaven's Gate is going on here????

I might be coming around on fiction audiobooks.

This is the last "Who made this big mess?! Me?? Oh... I did, didn't I." book I read for a while. They stress me out too much.

"In the end, life is just sweatpants and children who resent you and all your choices."

I can see why people love this book - characters and world building is very well fleshed out and real - but it's just not grabbing me. Maybe it's the hockey of it all.
