I laughed out loud several times reading this. It is kinda of like a romantic comedy but trauma lives in the main character.

The plot whips into shape by the end of chapter 1.

Jolene is a wonderful vivid character who you root for.

This series is fun. I mean it probably helps if you are a gamer. There several laugh out loud moments but hidden like a depressed comedian trying to make you smile there is deep deeo melancholy.

Enjoying this book. Enjoying the characters. Different setting to this book.

I enjoy the premise so far but the main character and friend jump to some weird conclusions. I keep wondering if/when they will be wrong. I don't know if is a translation issue or cultural one. I am enjoying it and like the format of the story. Blogs and recordings of conversations like a script. 3 stars so far.

Love it so far. Nothing like this world or mystery. I enjoyed city of stairs but love this seres. Right now would give it 5 stars!

Slow start. Finally getting to the meat and crux.

Early days. Wish there was a blurb to remind what happened previously.

Started this book yesterday. Excellent world building by Corey. Hard science and great characters. Two minor twists I guessed before revealed but at least they will make sense.

Wow this series is really good. Late to the party but glad I finally came.

Finished novella one. Real good and fun. Now to Artificial Condition.

Digging it so far. Switches between present day narrated by Annie and the Journals from the 1960's of Frances.

This gentleman may become one of my favorite authors.

Really love the main character. She is awesome! Overall plot taking center stage. Before more like historical vignettes.

They have entered into the wastelands.

The train progresses and the landscape mutates. 3 different narrators with different agendas. I prefer one to the other two and something painfully obvious becomes apparent with the Weiwei narrator.

Enjoying the slow build up and the train itself.

Maybe one of my favorite novels I read this year. Sherlock Holmes in a fantasy world with a horde of monsters that can kill you ala the Amazon or Australia nestled to an ocean where great old ones live. This is written for me!

Unique world and fascinating characters. Mystery sounds like a horror I will steal.

Holy poop this book is good. Started today and almost half way.
