Uh, should we all be worried about Elizabeth Gilbert? Talking to the disembodied voice of god through a notebook? Referring to her inner child like a real companion? She’s clearly grieving and suffering the effects of her…addiction…but this was a little bizarre.

Intro to the brain for kids. Focus on growth mindset.

Less romance than one might expect with the subtitle but a good, atmospheric tale. A tiny bit grisly. Strong female protagonist trying to break through the glass ceiling. History, mystery, and somewhat predictable but enjoyable.

Adorable but not ideal as an ebook since you can’t always easily turn the device.

Cute middle grade story, wrapping up a bit too easily.
