Do you not understand what a revolution is? A revolution is always a tragedy, a destructive force unleashed by those stripped of every last option of peace. There's not a revolutionary in history who doesn't wish they could've gotten what they wanted within the world order that they knew, but you cannot reform a system designed to keep power out of your hands.

So far, part two is better than part one. I know I'm only a chapter in and things can change, but I would rather that the book started here than where it actually starts.

This is one of those books that is hard to form an opinion on until you are completely done reading it. It is not a page-turner in any way, but it is very interesting to read.

This is written more like a personal journal than a non-fiction book. Very engaging to read and I am interested to see where this book's journey will take me. I definitely want to read it all before forming any opinion on the content of this book.

I am very glad my library managed to find this on InterLibrary Loan so I can read it!

I got to part two a while ago and I want to finish the book. I just have no desire to finish the book because it is difficult to read. Maybe part two will be better than part one?

This is going to be a fantastic "pick up and read a couple of chapters" type of book. It is dense enough with Star Wars jargon that it is a little clunky to read at times, but it isn't too bad. It just isn't as easy of a read that I have been reaching for recently.

I'm on chapter four. Spoiler-free warning, the first chapter is really slow, but then ends on a note that makes you want to read the next chapter.

So far this is a cute little story. I fall way outside the age group that it was written for and I can tell because it is not going into much detail about anything. But, I want to finish it and I only have three more chapters left. If I settle down and read it then it will last a pleasant afternoon.

This is a surprisingly slow read so far. I like that I have all the character voices from the game and Netflix show in my head as I read. There was a surprisingly good chapter that has to be inspired by Beauty and the Beast in here too. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of it as soon as I get over my non-flu flu.

Well, I don't feel right voting in the Goodreads Choice Awards 2019 because I haven't read any of the books on the list! However, I have heard of some authors and I do have a book from Amanda Lovelace (just not the newest book that was nominated). I need to read more.

It was probably a bad idea to start the Handmaid's Tale a week away from my wedding. It is suspenseful and dramatic in a way that sneaks up on you. The story gets into your head. It is a really good read so far! The chapters are short and it makes you want to read more.

All the key players have either met or know of each other. The downfall of Arthur is slowly coming. On a side note, there is apparently four parts to this book instead of the three I thought there were.

I never thought there would be an Arthur myth where I would absolutely hate Gwenhwyfar, but I have no sympathy at all for her in this one.

Sometimes I get frustrated with this book because I can see what is coming. But, it is necessary for the plot and the world building is wonderful after you get past the first few slow chapters. I still enjoy the story, but the plot turns would be better if I wasn't already fairly familiar with the legend of King Arthur and his knights.
