I feel so conflicted. I find myself confused with the hard sci-fi elements and overwhelmed with the world-building but... I feel so much for the characters and I still find myself fascinated amidst the confusion. Honestly, maybe she just needs to write longer stories?

For some reason I like the less fantastical stories in this collection which is weird cus I got this specifically because it was listed as fantasy. Huh
