This book is not enjoyable :(

I feel the author is trying to be poetic but the prose is so boring and so far it feels as if nothing has happened. Feels disjointed.

So far, there's little of Ezra and I'm more interested in learning more of Jo's history with him. I hope they start to address how....bland (?) Mal is and how he idolizes Jo too much. Also the feminism is very cishet if that makes sense.
