By far the most inspirational running book I’ve ever read! It’s the kind of book you want to read cover to cover in one sitting . . But you also want to read slowly and devour every single word. .

My 10 year old nephew gave me this book. He wanted me to read it because it is one of his favorite books!! This should be required reading - for 10 year olds - 50 year olds - and Presidential Candidates!
