Not a book I would have ever decided to read on my own, but was... interesting. Dark, packed with sexual inuendo's, and socially relevant it makes for a serious topic explored commidically. Also, love how the main character isn't the narrator. Has a bitter sweet ending.

What is happening? I thought this was realistic fiction? This book is one continuous rolacoster.

"Like you." suspicious. "It'll change your life." What if you don't want your life to change? What if you want to remain staggnant because at least it is stable and certain? The fostercare system is so f*cked up. How do people not get sinicle. And the amount of disregarding of kids words and racism is awful. Not to mention the comments about western colonization and the belief of the white man's burden sprinkled in.

Painful. Almost stopped reading.
