Deliciously Cookie - Vawn Cassidy (2 stars)

Feeding The Grump - Jax Calder (5 stars) The only thing wrong with this story for me is the length. I wish it had been a full length novel or at least a novella. But even with the short length, the author did an excellent job of selling the relationship and romance between the MCs. I just wish I could read more about Benji & David.

Piece of Cake - Beth Bolden (3 stars) I’m sure those who have read the other books about this family will love this story. For me, I felt like I was missing big chunks. Insta-love almost never works for me, and this was no exception. It was a cute story but not one I’ll remember tomorrow.

Hot Dish - Annabeth Albert (3.5 stars) I enjoyed this cute story. Because it was a short story, it was hard to feel really vested in the romance. But I liked what I got to know of Stu & Percy and was satisfied with their HFN ending.

@20% and this book is already slaying me, but in the best possible way.

I love Charlie!! And Ky. Unless this author somehow sabotages this story in the last 35%, this one goes on the DIK list.

E.M. Lindsey - NHIE Worn That For Halloween - 3.5 stars. I wanted to like this one more than I did. It was good but it had holes in the story that bothered me.

Riley Hart - NHIE Gone Skinny Dipping - 4.5 stars. What a cute story. Loved the characters, the pacing, the storyline and the romance. Requires the tiniest suspension of disbelief but other than that it was great.

Every time Paxton calls Elijah "Nerdlet" I want to throat punch him. It's not fucking cute.
