I think this is one of those childrens books that is more well known in the US so I never read it, but I do think I wouldve quite enjoyed it as a kid

It’s in the same vein of literary nonsense as Alice in Wonderland but where Alice is mad as all hell, Milo is a bit more go with the flow on the whole thing & there’s more of a moral behind it. All that said it’s quite charming even if Milo’s a bit bland lol

Are we about to walk into an evil twin scenario here?!

It's only the third book and Nancy's been in two boats in two stories and both times things have gone wrong - I think perhaps she should avoid boats or at least check the weather forecasts beforehand.

Ok, this is really good. The pacing is great, the story flows well and the characters are fun.

I'm genuinely having a good time with this!
