My first introduction to V.E Schwab, I’m enchanted. I didn’t know going into it that it was vampires, and I was delighted when it was revealed. I’m loving it. The prose is raw and delicious. It’s giving IWTV universe, and I’m very happy about that. I know when it finishes I’ll want more

Don’t know if it’s the book or if it’s me. But this is such a drag to get through. I’m going to DNF it for now. Maybe one day I’ll try it again. I like the premise but it’s been a struggle to read.
