Wait is this about to turn into a YA romance...

The way both books I'm reading rn have very little in common... except for their insufferable main characters 🙄

I want to be done with this book so much lol

Trying to start this month's book club read yet again 😭

One day I'll stop swinging wildly between different genres book to book but it ain't today

Haruto is so much more interesting than either of the main characters I want a book about what he's up to

How did it take almost half a book for someone to question who Keishin is and why they should trust him...

I could not be more excited for this

A chapter titled "A Brief Note from God" where the author switches to a "God" POV that is used to tell the reader the 3 main characters' backstory... which should've been set up in the previous 50 pages of character introduction is not sitting well with me. And I'm only 10% through this book?

Nobody does third person omniscient like Robert Jackson Bennett

If my Libby holds could stop all becoming available at the same time, THAT'D BE GREAT

That being said, I'm excited to finally get into this

I want to lock the two main characters in a room so they TALK through their issues. The miscommunication is killing meeee

Happy 17th anniversary to the greatest match of tennis ever played! Time for a reread

Not Libby deciding my months long hold for this was abruptly over this morning

Reread time!!!

Dropping everything to read this 😍

I'm tired of all these book box special editions staring at me from my shelf!!

How has it been 7 months since I've read one of these 🫠

I would read 10+ of these books. Emily travels the world with her plucky sidekicks and gets into various shenanigans

I simply can't help myself - putting off the rest of my TBR to dive into this sequel

This has been my "break glass in case of emergency" cozy book for awhile and I feel like I need it right now. Hopefully it lives up to that mantle 😂

It would not be January without a new Adrienne Young book to dive into

Time for the first book club read of the year!

Now we're cooking

Nobody talks like this 😭

So far this has just been a recap of what happened in the first book which is making it real hard to get into with my current reading slump 😑

Saw snippets of just about the worst greek mythology fantasy book, so I simply have no choice but to palate cleanse.

Dedicating this to my latest reading slump and trying to get back into it

Back from vacation and feeling motivated to finally start the Farseer series!

Nonfiction November is over, fiction is my new best friend (I'm on vacation and want to read fiction/romance)
