2.5 This book was a tricky one to get into and finish, but something about it kept me reading. I think the character development for me was lacking, l couldn’t find myself as invested in the main character and there were certain aspects that felt like they were rushed through. It was an interesting read but l had sort of also guessed the ending and resolve quarter way through.

Does anyone else start reading a classic book and find themselves reading more and more and pushing every other book on their TBR to the bottom of their list?
