I've managed to get through the first two books in this series, but I have to say it's been a slog. The stories and the writing is underwhelming. This is the first time I've read this author, and I'm not impressed. I'm not going to read the third book in this bundle. It's not worth my time.

Beverly is reading Under the Dome

I've had this book since it first came out, but have felt a little daunted by the size of it. However, with the summer showing of this book, I decided to try to get it read before the Stephen Spielburg/Stephen King production comes out. I think it's going to take awhile for me to get through it because I don't get to read as often as I'd like. Here goes nothing!
