Of course it reminds people of Howl's Moving Castle. It is Howl's Moving Castle. I mean I'm not saying I hate it but it is Howl's Moving Castle with names changed to protect the innocent.

I love her other books. I know not everyone does but I did. That said this book is already kind of having me roll my eyes.

Natalia West? Obviously meant to be Natalie Wood. A character named Padme? Where's Anakin? Like 20 mysterious characters in the first few chapters.

Maybe it's because I'm listening to it & it'd be different reading it.

Ah yes I forgot how much I hate Anthony Comstock. What a piece of shit.

Am I crazy or does he have Edie Sedgwick's entire family line messed up? Like this info is easily verified and it's all wrong. Duke Sedgwick wasn't her father. Her father was Francis he wasn't her brother. Like what is going on?

Already confused by the reviews of people confused at there being a love story in this book. All of her books have a love story of some sort. May not always be a happy ending but there is always a love story. I don't think it is fair to say a book is bad just because you didn't know what type of books TJR writes.
