Going to finish, but sadly this has such promise & just can’t get engaged with the characters or the plot it’s okay just not as captivating as expected/wished for with the great premise of all the tropes I love, but the execution felt flat sadly!!

Switching to audiobook as love this one, but silly adulting is getting in the way so this was my compromise lol if bossman walks in it’s called priorities lol & im sticking with it!! 😎😂🤣

I’m livin for this book!!!!! All the feels! HG & Divergent vibes, but more intense especially w/our love interest u know they are perfect for each other!! Seriously this novel is the epitome of what being fully immersed inside this world!! Hooked on the snarky dialogue & the trial aspect that ties in w/in the rebellion! Truly enjoying this refreshing take on this dystopian ya story!

“…But you do seem to have an unhealthy obsession with tracking me down in empty corridors. Can I suggest a hobby instead? Perhaps knitting since you’re so fond of pointy sticks.” This is top tier so far love it!!!!

Okay took a freakin long time, but kinda glad sticking with it as it’s has some potential finally with our forbidden romance trope just not very well done it’s all over the place the syntax and flow is definitely choppy at times with the overall arc of the story!

Okay it gets mega (redeeming) points for FMC having my same bday lol not that this character or messy storyline is winning any awards or anything else I’m still reading this somewhat interesting story so that something in itself lol

I’m sooooo lost like I keep pushing myself to continue, but if this is happening already like omgggggg! The premise sounded great the actual story is mind blogging dull, but supposedly action packed ugh idk if want to continue with this one honestly….

Okay I’m really glad I continued as I’m lovin this now! The storyline/ characters have really grown on me & now excited to keep seeing where this goes! Morally grey/touch her u ☠️/possessive/ dragons/vampires/ school vibes/ very FW vibes lovin it!!!!

Kinda lost not going to lie lol feels like the book opened up & dropped in half way through something that’s not been discussed real well! Do know the mean girl vibes w/that other lady set up her so called new sister & idk what else, but military style school lol & def enemies to lovers trope w/ prince whatever lol

Wish could say I’m lovin this one, but speed reading/skimming it to make it to the end! It had great promise, but the execution of this one was lacklustre sadly for me!!

Eeekkkkssssss literally have read this (almost) from start to finish in one sitting like omggggg alllllll the feellllssssss!!!! Definitely gives Four & Tris vibes & here for it!!!!!!! The angst the mystery the whole dystopian concept is scary good!!!!!! When u are forgoing sleep bcse u need to know what happens next ahhhhh true escapism at its finest 🎉🙌💯🫠🥰

This is good, but can’t stand some of her choices or thought process she comes across so bold & fearless at times & others how could she be so naive about stuff ya know! She has spine at times, but then others like idk how to explain it just seems so good at times & others so juvenile love Raphael though!

Escapism at its finest!!!! Adulting what’s that today!!!! So invested in this story & the characters & their banter & this world! Def not nobel prize winning & that’s for the best as this is a great detox getting lost in their world their struggles & triumphs!!!!
