Re-reading for the podcast! Honestly, even though it’s about a demon-dog on the bleak and misty moors, it’s a welcome change from Cormac McCarthy.

Relentless, brutal, harrowing. But progress is being made. This story makes me yearn for at least one morally decent character, but I believe it to be a false hope

I’m finally taking the plunge into this book after putting it off for years. Please pray for me.

Listening to the audiobook version narrated by Hugh Grant - unsurprisingly, it’s fantastic.
