Okay, I’m confused. I feel like the author is trying to keep the mystery of who her mom is (which fine love a good mystery) but then they realized it’s getting to the end and they actually have to explain it. And with that pulled a huge cop out that wasn’t well done at all.

Love the FMC’s characters energy so far (I.e. hunting down and killing a child abuser while being witty and sassy).

I think I like the MMCs audiobook narrator but not sure yet

Enjoying but need more sassy dragon dialogue!
