[wipes brow with a dusty pink headscarf.] I now speak with a Brooklyn accent, sprinkled with Yiddish vocab. I’ll see you in a few days.

Loved it. She writes a teenage voice so well. I couldn't put it down even though it's an uncomfortable read at times.
