I have almost dnf'd this book twice already... I'm really trying to get through it but I just don't know how much more I can tolerate from any of these characters tbh. Please tell me this gets better. 😭💀

At 15% I am already questioning this book. lol Like these characters are actually unintentionally funny because they are so bad. lol

I don't even know how to feel about what's going on. Like I was actually lowkey pissed on the scene where Emery hallucinated yeeting the squad off. Like what the actual crap lol. I am slowly coming around to Wraith; if this guy doesn't get yeeted by the end of the book, I would definitely be interested in his own book or at least developing him further. 👀👀

Can Kian stop being so perfect?!?! like oh my gosh, talk about the gift that keeps on giving lmao I love him lol

We started this book in the most confusing way possible. Like I know Emery has lost all memory right now, but I felt like I started the book mid story without an inkling of what was going on. We were thrown characters that were just not being introduced in the first book and we were just supposed to be like cool, got it and just roll with it. I'm really trying to hold out hope here because Cam is being a real douche.

Finally we have Kian's book!!! :( I literally did not like most of the characters from the first book in this series except for Kian.

So, while Wolf has become a more likeable character, I feel like there is a lot of going on plot-wise but nothing at the same time?! And I'm just now reaching halfway point. This is taking too long. lol

I like that Wolf is starting to become less of a douche because this guy was lowkey getting on my nerves.

Only a couple of chapters in and I'm already cackling lmaooo That scene with Max is some top tier karma, that was hilarious.

There is like nothing to this plot, I am literally only listening to this because of the audio narrators tbh. :|
