There's only so much nipple talk and rape I can stand for one night. I'm going to bed

From the snippet of chapter 1 I read from my friend's ipad on the plane, I am utterly disgusted and afraid of this book. Both of us gotta experience this together I guess

My update is I have no update, I haven't read beyond the glossary page and I'm ashamed of myself

Please be good, please be good

I can't for the life of me figure out what is it about Clara that makes Prince Kaelis so unwaveringly devoted and I think here lies my problem with the romance of this series.

Scottish wolf genre is making me confused

I beg you please be good

wow this is me witnessing how pretty privilege works in prison

Love me some murder houses

wow this is fked, what an interesting read

ooooo Empress Ki vibes I like it

okay ya no goodbye

wow I'm so god damn bored, who the hell is the MMC, is there supposed to be an MMC even???

Fuck I really can't stand the narrator's accent, it's doing me in and I lowkey want to DNF because of it

This fucking book is destroying me utterly and I'm just letting it. It's currently 3.38am and this book just put me in a delicate headspace of wanting to curl up into a corner and cry.

I'm ready to be utterly destroyed, please send me your thoughts and prayers 🙏

KAI DADDY HERE I COME

I love myself, and I can't do this today. Into the pile of shame it goes

Look who's back, it's me ya girl, after putting this on the pile of shame for months.

If I had a nickel every time I read nightshade being used in a book, I would have 2 nickels. Extra bonus being that I encountered these books back to back in a single day. Of course the MMC is silver haired, controls lightning, with the FMC bring a long lost queen. Ever since my friend mentioned a potential Thor inspiration for this book, I CAN'T UNSEE IT and boy am I not ready to see 515 pages of this.

7 pages in and it already almost did me in. I'm THIS close to DNFing
